so ive had a busy week training in the gym and lifting more weights on the collarbone but now its start to do more cardio and stamina test so im going to be having good nights from here on. myself and reece my team mate decided to head up to cwmcarn to treat ourselves from riding the normal and it was a eye opener my fitness is fine and better then ever but i need to get my bike set up before i ride any track i always though u set up shocks up and thats it but im wrong because the jumps up at cwmcarn were long and had a huge take off and i found i had my rebound to quick for them so next time i will always see if there a flat out track with big jumps slow the rebound and for short tracks with fast technical sections speed it up again.
luckily danny hart was up there and gave me abit of inspiration to my training to change it up more like dirt jumping in the evenings and to ride downhill but tracks i find difficulty more and just to improve on my looking up really but i will always find something to improve on just to make myself faster.
if you ever have the change do go to cwmcarn, good uplift and fast very fast tracks but i believe i have taffy buggy next weekend so hopefully i will set my bike up well on the sunday morning and see what happens.
