timed runs

Had a busy couple days in surrey went to a secret pump track that is so good to train on and ride but when i i am riding with nathan vials it always turns out to be better, first we started doing timed runs on the pump track the most tiring lap of my life but had a respectable time but will improve next week. i had a crash just practicing the track so i had a few bumps on the knee and a sore wrist but i was not much off pace. today woke up from riding the pump track with to knees that i could not move and a stiff wrist however i thought i needed to push though it and decided to go ride with nathan vials again up at his local tracks. The tracks are short up there however so tight and greasy so you have to know how to ride them so we did practice when we got up there then nathan set the time.
0.25 Nathan
0.25 Callum
0.24 Callum
but this is when nathan did not like it when i beat him to get a 0.24.11 before him so he pushed up and had a great run and got a 0.23.03 damn he had won back his track and i had to do 60 push ups with ben deacon watching. made me laugh but i had such a good training experience with nathan and i look to still improve on my time and shave off an extra second or more.

What i must learn is always have a good mind coming in to everything i do races and corners and push myself as much a possible in every run on the clock
