Training

Today i traveled into the surrey hills to some secret tracks with a couple of mates. I began my new year of training and started of some tight and technical tracks to focus better on tracks also to be able to ride tracks like that faster then last year.
I felt excellent today because i could see that the time and effort i put into my fitness was paying out however all the effort i put in was allowing me to really excel in the tight corners. even though i am a small rider i was able to push in the corners and become a more aggressive rider for the upcoming season.

I was told that i am able to float in and out of corners however i should put more power into turns to accelerate and increase my speed so that was my main focus today, to become more aggressive.
Today the tracks were very greasy and every root was ready to take you down so you had to pick your lines carefully and be on the edge of your tyre in each corner.
I chose to stray away from the group i was riding with today and focus by myself because i believed i could get more done, so i traveled to the other side of the hill riding a track that was built by a world cup rider that pushed me to my limits.
every corner was at a 90 and you really had to push though every turn but the main problem was how steep the track was, standing from the bottom you could see the whole track by looking up and you really needed to focus the entire way down.
