last week was hard and learning but i had a excellent time whilst my training partner Reece has broken his bike because he fiddles with it to much i have had to go riding by myself what is very strange you get alot done and you focus better however you can not discuss line choice and compare your speed to others. also i have changed back to high rollers whilst the weather down south is getting dry again.
i have made up a new gym workout that is working so good i have improved on weights and feeling stronger on the bike more core have aloud me to stay centered on the bike easier on a track no more going over the front of the bike in race runs.
i have started back at uni so every week is busy for me but i have my first race in 2 weeks and i can not wait to hear the buzzer going, so this weekend im off to Midhurst some secret rocky technical tracks to get me ready for Nant G. see you all there
