well im back on the bike and the shoulder is healing up well now so i can not wait to get on the bike at my first race at glenceo however im approaching it completely different more relaxed and just see how it goes. thank you to dave at fixonline for the brand spanking new kit. im feeling really strong on the bike again after being off it for ages however i have a new motivation of just see what happens i am not putting any pressure on myself like i did at the start of this year but i do hope to be expert next year but il have to wait and see what happens. theres alot of hard races coming up ahead of me and i just need to keep my head right and see what happens i can not wait to be racing again and hear the buzzers.
